有効期限の切れた5年以上前の GMAT スコアをリクエストできる (for MBA)

あまりいないかもしれませんが、MBA 準備のため、5年以上前に受検した GMAT のスコアをどうしてもほしい、という人がいるかもしれませんので、その手順を書いておきます。

What if I want a score report for a GMAT™ exam taken over five years ago?

Score Reports from tests taken from five to 10 years ago are available for a fee, but they are sent to schools with the caveat that they should be interpreted with caution. Check with the school before requesting an old score report, because many do not accept them. Scores over 10 years old are not available. If you have any GMAT scores within five years, only those scores within five years will be reported. A score report older than five years can only be ordered by contacting GMAT Customer Service for your region.  

どうやら、スコアは5年有効ですが、スコア自体は10年保存されているようです。そして、GMAT Customer Service に連絡しろ、と書いてありました。

で、GMAT Customer Service のページに Live Chat があったのですが、聞いたら「Please contact us over the phone」と言われたので、Asia-Pacific Region (Telephone: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. AEST) に電話しました。

COVID-19 の影響で待ち時間が長くなっています、という音声のもと、10分程度でオペレーターにつながりました。

・名前 Last Name と Family Name を伝える。

・MBA.com 上の GMAT ID を伝える。

・MBA.com 上の電話番号を伝える。

私は30代半ばでMBAを目指しましたが660までしかスコアが上がらず、業務多忙もあっていったん挫折し、改めて40歳になって mid-career MBA を検討しています。しかし、既に過去のスコアの有効期限 (5年) が切れており、再度 GMAT を受けたけど点数が上がらず、過去これだけのスコアを持っていた、という証拠(笑)を追加提出するために取得しました。
